A 5 € handling fee will be deducted from the refund, and the money will be returned to the bank account you provide. If the tickets were purchased with a voucher (a serial ticket or gift card), the voucher will become valid again. If the voucher has expired, tickets cannot be canceled.

Tickets can also be sold or given to someone else.

We select interesting current films that are widely distributed in Finland as well as arrange special screenings from classic films. We also organize event cinema -happenings every now and then!

We recommend following our Facebook and Instagram, as we post into our channels whenever we add new films to our programme.

Tickets are on sale about 3-4 weeks before the screening and we add as many screenings as we can for popular films.

We’re always happy to hear recommendations – please email us at info@riveracinemas.fi

We are proud of the food and drinks we serve at Riviera. Read more about them here.

Ordering your snacks beforehand makes life easy. You get your treats quicker to your seats – preorders are the first on the queue. We ask you to place your preorder two hours before the screening.

Ordering on site is also convenient, but we then ask to reserve a bit of extra time. During the film you can order more food and drinks too.

For sure. The bars at both cinemas are a great venue for after work drinks, aperitifs, or catching up with friends. Check out more about food and drinks here.

Check your ticket for the screening time – doors to the screening room open about 10 min before the screening.

At the screening room you can go directly to your seat. Screenings are often soldout and we don’t always check tickets at the door. We are always happy to help in case you need help finding your seat.

The bar at Kallio and Punavuori is open usually from around 16.00 from Monday to Saturday. Please do join us for drinks before or after the film.

We recommend you to buy tickets beforehand from this website and to preorder food and drinks.

On site we accept card payments. Unfortunately cash or Amex is not accepted at Riviera.

Smartum, Edenred and ePassi cards and apps are accepted at Riviera. Because the benefit is for personal use only you can buy either screening tickets or serial tickets with them.

Smartum, Edenred and ePassi apps can also used for online payments, check instructions from here.

Paid for tickets but didn’t get them in your email? Not even in the spam folder? Or did you only get a receipt but not the tickets? Something else wrong in the payment?

Don’t worry. Email us at info@rivieracinemas.fi and we will sort it out.

You can find instructions on how to use your gift or serial ticket here (in Finnish).

Underaged guests are welcome to join films with guardians (as long as they fit the age limits of the film in question).

Cats and dogs are welcome to join us at the bar, but due to the loud volume screening rooms are a difficult place for them to hang out. Guide dogs are welcome at screening rooms too.

The back rows of the screening rooms are accessible, as are the bars. Both cinemas have an accessible toilet.

If you need a ticket for a personal assistant, be in touch with us at info@rivieracinemas.fi. An assistant can join you at the screening free of charge if there is enough space in the screening.

If you are coming to Riviera Kallio with a wheel chair or assistant please email us at info@rivieracinemas.fi before buying the ticket. We will make sure to get you a place you can access with a wheelchair.

If you are coming to Riviera Punavuori with a wheelchair, please select the wheelchair place when selecting your tickets.

Guide dogs are welcome to join you at the the cinema and screening room.

Riviera is owned by four Helsinki based individuals with a shared passion in cinema, good food and drink as well as urban culture. Two of the owners also work fulltime at Riviera.

Both are great! All of our screening rooms have both sofas and armchairs.

Sofas are primarily for those coming to a screening with a friend. You can buy a seat from a sofa also when coming alone to a screening, but please be aware someone will probably join you on it.
